Today we had our visa interview at the US Embassy. It went relatively smoothly. They asked us several questions about Liam's history, our adoption agency, and about ourselves. We answered them all honestly. Then he told us that we would be approved. Then about a minute after that he said that there was a problem.. Our hearts both sank. After a few moments of awkward silence as he reviewed paperwork, he finally realized that everything was ok.
We hoped we would get the visa tomorrow by 2:00pm so we could catch an earlier flight home, but it seems as if it will be 4:00pm...so there is no way we can leave early. We will leave on Thursday evening and arrive on Friday. It was disappointing, but we are very glad that the visa was approved and we will get to leave this week. Thanks so much for all your thoughts and prayers.
Today we also visited Ho Chi Mihn's mosoleum and home today. It was not really that interesting...and it was far to hot and humid to be outside. I will be glad to get home and enjoy some nice midwestern fall weather.
Tomorrow we will get packed up and ready to leave...ALMOST HOME!

Aiden is here today, he just finished coloring with Taijen and Kiah...they used markers..so all 3 are messy!
He went into the front room and got his nigh nigh and bag and came to me and said "I want Mommy Daddy" and pointed at the door. I told him "just a few more days, Bob the builder is on!" and he decided watching Bob was a good idea:) I will try really hard to get some video of him for you guys today, he tends to stop whatever he is doing when he sees its out.
